Yes. A non-refundable booking deposit secures your chosen venue and date once your booking form has been signed. The outstanding balance is due in full no later than 7 days before your event.

No, Muano Functions Venue is not a self-catering venue. We proudly provide professional in-house catering for all events. Requests to bring external food require prior written approval from Muano Functions Venue before the event, with exceptions considered for specific dietary requirements, food allergies, religious, or medical dietary needs.

No, we do not offer Halal catering at this time.

Booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before your event will not incur further charges, while cancellations within 60 days may be liable for a percentage of the venue fee. Full details are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Our venue is available for hire from 10:00 to 23:00. Venue hire is strictly between these hours, and all guests, clients, suppliers and service providers must vacate the venue by 23:00. Any additional time is subject to prior approval and may incur an additional charge.

Yes, our venues include tables and chairs as part of your hire. All décor, linen and styling is professionally provided and managed by Muano Functions Venue, ask us about our Venue & Décor and Venue, Décor & Catering packages.

We work exclusively with a select group of professional DJs contracted with Muano Functions Venue. They provide their own sound systems and are familiar with our venue requirements.

While not mandatory for every booking, we recommend that clients arrange their own event insurance, particularly for high-value gifts or equipment brought onto the premises.

Muano Functions Venue has backup power in place to keep your event running smoothly through load shedding, including lighting and core sound systems for all venues.
